  I'm extremely upset with this hotel, I wanted to make a change with my reservation. First time I called someone answered the phone then sent me to voicemail. After that, I called multiple times and no one would answer. Finally, I got someone on the phone then they put me on hold for over 25 minutes. I eventually hung up. I cancelled my reservation because no one seems to want to speak business with me. Now, no one seems to want to help me. I'm now out of $400 without even staying a single night at this hotel. This is terrible service... I have never experienced such a rude hotel that's not willing to help their customers. Worst customer service, I have ever experienced in my life. Penguin hotel please make this right and give me my money back.
